    About Me

    My photo
    NMHFITNESS (Crossfit inspired Blog)
I went from GCSE PE, to leisure and tourism, BETC and HND IN Sport Science. After completing these qualifications, it came a natural progression for me to get qualified as a Personal Trainer. After spending six months in a hotel gym, mainly sitting behind a desk, and performing fitness assessments and programs i took a leap of faith and got a job as a Fitness Director on board cruise ships. After 4 contracts on ships, i felt it time to get out or lose my passion for fitness, which is when i returned home and worked as a free lance PT in a local gym, after 8 months i got itchy feet being home, and always thought there was allot more out there to do. Therefore, booking a flight to Sydney, Australia. This i s where i landed a dream job, in a studio with no sales, no bullshit, just training people. Even though small, it was the best concept id ever been exposed to and this is also where i was introduced to Crossfit. This changed the way i thought about training myself and my clients.
