WOD - 5/12/08


Pull Up - 5x5

then;

5 Rounds for time of;

5 Power snatch's 50 kg
10 Burpees
15 V-Ups
20 Double Unders

Pull ups: 5/10/15/17.5/18.25

Thw WOD was hard, the power snatch's with 50 hurt like hell, and really homed in the technique which was good, as it was too heavy to muscle snatch them up, then the burpee/double under combo really gased. All in all, a good and fast met con, time was 14:47.
