"Fight Gone Bad"

1 min per exercise + 1 min rest after each round.
Record reps for points.

Wall Ball (10kg)
SDLHP (24kg)
Push Press (20 kg)
Row (cals)
Burpees

Was the first Crossfit class....went well, loved coaching people through it!
Started with the crossfit warm up, then moved on to technique of the master exercise ..the air squat!

Then did a nice steady round of "fight gone bad", for technique and understanding, then hit three rounds hard...everyon worked ahrd, and more importantly understood the concept of the training, which did surprise me....bring on next week!
