WOD - 30/3/09

Strength;

Back Squat ; 5x5 = 60/100/120/120/120/120/120

4 x 250 m rows

1 = 41.8 sec's
2 = 44.6 sec's
3 = 49.1 sec's
4 = 48.6 sec's

(NOTE: i was experimenting with different levels of resistance from lowest to highest, all ranges).
