Deadlift : 5 x 5

100/110/120/130/140

Met Con:

10 Clean and jerks (40kg)
1 Clapping push ups
9 Clean and jerks
2 Clapping push ups

And so on until you reverse it = 1 xlean and jerks/10 clapping push ups.
