Time Trial:

3 Hours later;

"NATE"

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 min's.

2 Muscle Ups
4 HSPU (hand stand push ups)
8 kb swing

the run wasnt timed, but took around thirty mins approx...

And "nate" was around 10 rounds.....really tough on the grip and shoulders after yesterday!
