Home WLD - 20/11/08

"20/1"

This involves two exercises; Burpees and sit ups.

20 Burpees - 1 sit ups
19 Burpees - 2 sit ups
18 Burpees - 3 sit ups
17 Burpees - 4 sit ups

And so on until you get 1 Burpee - 20 Sit ups

For time:

NOTE: Scale the Push ups and Burpees as needed.
